discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to
Rising Life Inc. and without any liability whatsoever, Rising Life
Inc. at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your
access to any component of risinglife.com.
Pricing
risinglife.com may offer limited-time sales, special promotions and
items at regular low prices. Due to competitive market pressures,
prices are subject to change. Rising Life reserves the right to
correct, at any time, any pricing errors.
In the event that a Rising Life Inc. product is mistakenly listed at
an incorrect price, Rising Life Inc. reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Rising Life Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is cancelled, Rising Life Inc. shall issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
price.
The cost of delivery and all applicable sales taxes are over and
above the product price (except where it is indicated that delivery
is included).
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Submissions
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information
communicated to Rising Life Inc through or by reason of this site by
email or otherwise (collectively the "Submission") will forever be
the property of Rising Life Inc. If you provide Rising Life Inc.
with a Submission you grant Rising Life Inc. a non-exclusive,
royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right
to use, delete, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create
derivative works for, distribute and display such Submission
throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter developed,
and you waive all moral rights in the Submission. You also grant
Rising Life Inc. the right to use the name you submit with the
Submission, if any, in connection with Rising Life rights hereunder.
Risk of Loss
Any products purchased from Rising Life Inc. are delivered to you by
a third party delivery company, pursuant to a shipping contract. The
risk of loss for such products is passed to the purchaser at the
time of delivery by Rising Life Inc. to the third party shipper.

third parties solely as a convenience to you. However, even if the
third party is affiliated with risinglife.com, Rising Life Inc. has
no control over these linked sites, is not responsible for the

agents and suppliers from and against any claim, all losses,
expenses, damages and costs, including without limitation reasonable
legal, accounting and other professional fees, resulting from any
violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to
your use of risinglife.com account (including negligent or wrongful
conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your
Internet account.
Governing Law
This Agreement, your access to and use of risinglife.com, and all
related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Province of
Alberta, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada. You consent
and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
the City of Edmonton, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, in all
disputes arising out of or relating to the use of risinglife.com and
these Terms and Conditions.
Other Manners
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or
unenforceable for any reason, then the provision will be deemed to
be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will
continue in full force and effect.
