The founder of Rising Life Inc and creator of Talking Encouragement Dolls is Mandy Tanner.

Seventeen years ago Mandy had a dream to create dolls that bring life giving strength to girls and females of all ages. She carried this dream and sought to bring it to life several times over the 18 years. Although there were many setbacks, she kept the dream alive in her heart, and today she is overjoyed to share her dream with you. Mandy learned to persevere, even in the face of adversity, and never give up hope, even when it seemed impossible. She has made it her life’s goal to help others develop this same resolve.

The goal of Rising Life Inc is to provide encouragement and inspiration for the development of inner strength for everyone. We endeavour to assist in providing a life-giving hope that unlocks the unlimited potential of the human experience.
